Jerry, We want to thank you and your staff of Country Home Real Estate for the professional and personal handling of the short sale of our home in New Park, PA.From start to finish, you treated us with utmost respect and went way beyond what you had to, to assure that this sale went smoothly. Even though the economy and our recent separation forced our hand to a short sale it went much smoother and less stressful than a normal sale. With that said Jerry, us living in two different locations did not make your job easy, but you were great in keeping us both informed of what was happening and us each getting the necessary papers we each had to sign.We can not thank you enough and would recommend you and your company to anyone that needs their home sold but can’t afford the overhead to look at the short sale.
